Fennel and Juniper came to me from Judith in Cardiff. They were reserved from Birth unseen when I first decided i wished to start breeding black velvets and violets - these two combined were a perfect opportunity to start either lines, or combine them and create Ultra Violets (violets that carry velvet).
They both have a slight flaw to the forehead of a small brown circle - which does appear to be growing out as they age, this is worse in Fennel than his sister, whose only just shows.
The parents were kept as pets, and no history of them is known other than that they came from Paul Spooner lines, but without pedigree numbers - but they are big blocky animals with good clear white belly fur and good blocky shape.
Juniper has been developing really quickly, growing large and blocky rapidly.
Following the hard decision to reduce the violet stocks in favour of improving the sapphires, Juniper was sold on 29th June 2004 to Dawn.
