Kim arrived as part of the Chingus Chinchilla herd, being one of the kits that Sue had bred and kept herself to extend the herd.

She is a lovely chin who likes to have her chin stroked each time you are in the cage, if you don't she often has a little tantrum and throws her food bowl around.

Kim has been paired to Merlin since arriving at Greenwood Chinchillas and so far has produced one dark standard kit, we are not certain if she had had kits previously to this one.

Kim has not been shown when I bought her, so after she had had Caraway and was rested, I took her along to a show (the first show Caraway was also shown at) to receive some comments on her quality despite the fact she was older than is generally shown.  The comments received were very good despite her being very out of condition on the day.
